Participants will get the full P.I.T experience. Legacy Fit’s patented Partner Interval Training system is made to push you and centered around accountability. Partnered throughout the workout, you’re held accountable to another person the entire workout. Combining antagonistic resistance training with HIIT cardio, you and your partner will push each other for the duration of the hour!
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in. Parking is validated please bring your ticket with you.
