Reclaim Your Fitness with CycleBar Fort Lauderdale

Come join us for a 45 minute spin class at CycleBar Fort Lauderdale! This will motivate you with an energized ride tailored to all/any fitness and experience levels with a networking reception to follow the ride. Plan to bring your comfy workout attire, a reusable water bottle, and a good vibe as we kick off the New Year with Emerge Broward! (Shoes and towels will be provided at the studio for all riders.)

This event is free for Emerge Broward members and $15 for guests.

• 5:45pm – 6:15pm - Arrive to studio and get set up on your bikes (please arrive no later than 6:15pm)
• 6:30pm - 7:15pm - Class begins
• 7:15pm - 8:00pm - Networking reception hosted by Lululemon in studio community room

Parking is either off street by studio parking by using "Park Mobile" app or free parking is available inside the Manor Apartment building (1st 3 floors labeled "retail guest parking"). The garage is located on 5th terrace, across from Batch Southern Kitchen on the back street.
