Get Broward County Summer Reading Ready with Broward County Library & Emerge Broward

Join Emerge Broward volunteers to assist Broward County Library (BCL) with sorting and packing the Summer Learning Program incentives and books to be distributed to the 37 libraries. The 2024 theme “Adventure Begins at Your Library” will be celebrated June 1^st – August 12^th. Summer at Your Library is one of the library’s largest programs and helps to promote reading all year long so that students who go back to school are prepared and ready for the new school year.

Location: Broward County Library - Main Library 

100 S Andrews Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301

Parking: Validated parking available at the Governmental Center East Garage - 151 SW 2nd St, Fort Lauderdale FL 33301. Bring your ticket inside to get it validated. 

We will meet at the lower level library main entrance to all go in at 10 AM when the library opens.
