Javier Sanchez is a Certified Public Accountant with over a decade of experience in public accounting, IT security, risk management, and small business finance. He is the founder of Accountilytics, an accounting firm that provides CFO services, tax filings, cash flow management, and risk management to businesses from startups to established enterprises. Since 2015, Javier has guided more than 200 clients through complex accounting challenges, delivering measurable tax savings and scalable financial strategies.

In addition to running his own accounting practice, Javier serves as Smart Audit Manager at Kainos, partnering with Fortune 500 companies to assess Workday security risks, design ITGC frameworks, and automate compliance processes aligned with SOX, SOC, COBIT, and GDPR standards. He also acts as Controller and Head of Finance for Sushi Maki and RapSnacks, where he has modernized financial operations through automation, multi-entity consolidations, and inventory system migrations. His portfolio includes interim CFO and advisory roles focused on mergers & acquisitions, financial reporting, and process automation.
