Great goals don’t happen by accident! Join Emerge Broward and signature partner RBI for an interactive workshop designed to help you turn your goals into actionable plans.

Participants will learn a practical framework for setting meaningful personal and professional goals, writing effective SMART goals, creating realistic action plans, and building the accountability needed to follow through.

During this workshop, you’ll learn how to:

• Develop meaningful goals aligned with your personal and professional priorities
• Write SMART goals that are clear, measurable, and achievable
• Create practical action plans that increase accountability and follow-through
• Identify strategies for overcoming setbacks and adjusting goals as priorities evolve
