Katherine Gonzalez

I’m a Senior Project Manager with a background in software development, web technology, digital design, and technical delivery. I lead cross-functional teams through complex digital projects from discovery and planning through development, launch, and ongoing optimization. My experience spans website and application development, technical project management, AI-enabled tools, analytics, and digital marketing initiatives. Because I began my career on the technical side, I’m comfortable working closely with developers, designers, marketers, and clients while translating between business goals and technical requirements. In my current role, I oversee multiple concurrent projects, manage timelines, budgets, priorities, and stakeholder communication, and help guide development teams through delivery. I’ve also contributed to internal AI and automation initiatives, including tools related to content generation, analytics, SEO/GEO auditing, and support workflows. I’m PMP certified and have experience working in Agile environments, with a strong focus on creating efficient processes, improving collaboration, and delivering work that is both technically sound and aligned with business goals.
