How many of us go to meetings and networking events and find ourselves thinking we are not good enough, savvy enough or whatever the imposter gremlin whispers in your ear?
Expel the imposter from your head and take back the power that makes you a trusted professional. Emotional Intelligence is a practical tool that helps you focus on becoming the person you want to be.
Join Emerge Broward’s Develop Committee virtually via Zoom on Tuesday, October 26 to learn practical tools to help you confidently take on the imposter gremlin inside your head.
Throughout her career, Susan Schwartz led a variety of corporate and government teams successfully through technology deployments and organizational changes. As a leadership and management coach, Susan owns The River Birch Group where she transforms expert professionals into excellent, world-class leaders. Her practical viewpoint incorporates actual workplace challenges to assist her clients in building relationships and communicating effectively.
When not coaching or facilitating workshops, Susan is an adjunct instructor at UC Berkeley and UC Santa Cruz, a guest lecturer at Georgetown University, and author of Creating a Greater Whole: A Project Manager’s Guide to Becoming a Leader.
