Membership Dues: - Membership dues are nonrefundable for any reason. You have the option not to renew your membership after your annual membership expires. You have the right to cancel your membership at any time.
Event Registration: - Members who wish to cancel for an event must send written notice to their corresponding committee co-chairs no later than four (4) calendar days before the scheduled event. - Members will receive a response confirming their requests within 24-48 hours upon receipt of written notice. - No refunds, only credits, will be given to event cancellations that are received before the deadline. - No credits or refunds will be given to members who do not attend events; these will be designated as "no-shows." - If an event is rescheduled and a member who already paid cannot attend the event on the rescheduled date, the member will be encouraged to receive a credit. Otherwise, a full refund will be given upon request. - A member must use this given credit within six (6) months of issue. A credit will be forfeited if not used within this six (6) month timeline.
